Ms. Fang specializes in civil and commercial dispute resolution, corporate and M&A, as well as corporate bankruptcy and restructuring. She provides clients with comprehensive legal services covering corporate governance and daily operations, and offers professional legal support to creditors, debtors, investors, and other relevant parties in procedures including corporate debt restructuring, bankruptcy reorganization, and liquidation.
She has solid professional knowledge and extensive relevant practical experience in complex civil and commercial dispute resolution and corporate bankruptcy liquidation, reorganization, debt restructuring. Since 2020, Ms. Fang has been deeply involved in several major cases within the bankruptcy and restructuring field. As a member of the administrator, she participated in the pre-reorganization of "ST Souyute" (002503). As an investor advisor, she contributed to the reorganization of "ST Caissa" (000796). As a debtor consultant, she participated in debt restructuring projects of a large group company in Sichuan Province and a real estate company in Guangdong Province, primarily responsible for drafting reorganization plans, the restructuring plans, assisting investors with due diligence and revising the restructuring investment agreement, etc.
Furthermore, as a member of the administrator, Ms. Fang has handled numerous bankruptcy cases for various companies and served as a member of the liquidation committee in compulsory liquidation cases. She was responsible for the entire bankruptcy or liquidation process, including property investigation, debt examination, asset disposal, and distribution.
While handling bankruptcy cases, Ms. Fang has also participated in numerous derivative litigation cases, covering private lending disputes, financial loan contract disputes, lease contract disputes, bankruptcy revocation rights disputes, sales contract disputes, liability disputes for damage to the company's interests, etc., effectively safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of debtors, creditors, shareholders, and other parties.
Before joining Tsinglaw, Ms. Fang worked at Beijing Zhong Lun (Shen Zhen) Law Firm.
