She has participated in the decision-making, management, negotiation, and execution of hundreds of international business transactions, including international cargo trade, international economic and technological cooperation, international finance, international investment and mergers & acquisitions, equity transfer, international general contracting of engineering projects, international (domestic) trade of offshore engineering equipment, shipbuilding, repair, leasing, purchase and sale, and mortgage, international cargo transportation, and international trade insurance. She has also been involved in foreign-related arbitration, mediation, and foreign-related maritime litigation, as well as bankruptcy and debt disposal.
