Yang Lan focuses her practice on corporate governance, M&A, state-owned asset operation & supervision, bonds, asset securitization, financial derivatives, and financial regulation matters. She is well-versed in structuring and advising on both standardized and non-standardized financial products and investment transactions.
Yang Lan has extensive experience in serving central SOEs, SOEs and their subsidiaries. She has led projects involving mixed-ownership reform, equity investment and acquisition by SOEs and central SOEs, equity and asset transfers, and corporate restructuring. Her deep understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape governing state capital gives her a distinct edge in advising on complex transactions in this domain.
Additionally, Yang Lan has advised clients on the issuance and trading of bonds and asset-backed securities across various markets and categories, as well as on derivative transactions, bond credit enhancement structures, cross-border equity investment, asset management risk resolution, and the protection of financial consumer rights. She has also advised on equity investments in commercial banks.

Yang Lan obtained both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the Law School of Nankai University.
