Jin Wang is a licensed attorney in China with substantial expertise in civil and commercial dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, and general corporate affairs. Prior to her current position, Jin has built a distinguished career through her work at JunHe LLP and a large pharmaceutical company.
Jin has developed extensive courtroom expertise, successfully representing a diverse clientele including major state-owned enterprises, private corporations, and foreign-invested companies in complex civil and commercial disputes. Her litigation and arbitration portfolio encompasses pharmaceutical licensing agreements, earn-out arrangements, distribution contracts, financial trust products, construction projects, real estate leases, joint development ventures, intellectual property matters (including trademark and copyright protection), unfair competition claims, and corporate governance disputes.
Jin regularly provides clients with specialized compliance counsel and comprehensive legal advisory services, handling regulatory investigations on advertising, competition, bribery and tax issues; offering legal guidance during enforcement inquiries; and developing corporate compliance programs covering employment, trade secrets, advertising guidelines and training.
