He has rendered legal services for the initial public offerings (IPOs) of over ten enterprises, facilitated significant asset restructuring for listed companies, and managed acquisition projects involving listed companies. His expertise covers comprehensive legal support and compliance management for the fundraising, filing, investment, and administration of more than thirty funds. Additionally, he has performed extensive legal due diligence, engaged in business negotiations, executed equity transfers, and overseen post-investment management for over one hundred projects across various sectors, including new energy, new materials, TMT, and healthcare. His extensive experience covers IPOs, fund investments, and capital operations for publicly listed companies. In the field of litigation, he has served as a legal expert in nearly one hundred lawsuits and arbitration cases for corporate groups, covering a diverse range of issues related to sales contracts, equity repurchases, minority shareholder rights protection, product liability, real estate transactions, leasing, as well as labor disputes.
