Jasmine ZHANG specializes in cross-border investment, corporate mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and civil and commercial dispute resolution.
Since 2013, Jasmine has accumulated nearly twelve years of experience providing legal services to well-known domestic and foreign clients. She has rich experience in assisting transnational corporations and other foreign investors with greenfield investments, establishing joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, daily operations, restructuring, exit strategies, and dispute resolution in China, as well as helping Chinese enterprises with overseas investments. In addition, Jasmine has served numerous commercial real estate clients, providing comprehensive legal services for real estate mergers and acquisitions in the territory of China.
The domestic and foreign clients Jasmine has served include but are not limited to: Galeries Lafayette, GL events, Havas Group, CEVA Logistics, Ateliers Jean Nouvel, Centre Pompidou, Safran Group, Lesaffre Group, Porsche, Nuxe, Manulife, EBA Investments, Grosvenor, Frasers, Ping An Trust, Hesteel Group, Zhejiang Energy, and others.
Before joining TsingLaw, Jasmine worked at the Shanghai Representative Office of Leaf Law Firm and Beijing Dacheng (Shanghai) Law Offices, LLP.

Education
Jasmine holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the School of Law, Soochow University, during which she received a full scholarship to study abroad at Bond University in Australia for the exchange program. She obtained her Master of Laws (J.M.) degree from the School of Law, Xiamen University.
