Xiaojun Wang is a New York-admitted attorney with a decade of experience focused on cross-border dispute resolution. Her practice spans international arbitration, U.S. federal court litigation, and regulatory and commercial counseling for life sciences clients.
Prior to her current practice, Ms. Wang practiced at a leading PRC law firm and served at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC). She has handled more than 100 international arbitration matters and is well-versed in the rules and case management procedures of the principal arbitral institutions, including the AAA, ICDR, HKIAC, SIAC, and CIETAC.
In addition to her arbitration practice, Ms. Wang has substantive experience in U.S. federal court litigation, having represented Chinese clients in a range of federal proceedings. She is particularly recognized for delivering efficient, pragmatic solutions in small- and mid-sized disputes, where commercial judgment and cost discipline often determine outcomes.
Beyond her contentious practice, Ms. Wang serves as outside counsel to a number of U.S. pharmaceutical companies, advising on day-to-day legal matters, including compliance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FDCA) and the broader FDA regulatory framework, as well as related commercial transactions.
Education
Ms. Wang earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from Tsinghua University, School of Law. She earned her Master of Laws degree from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington D.C. in the United States.
